The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

- People’s names and contact details, their organisation and roles
- Reference numbers for delivery partners.

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To ensure we are meeting all our legal obligations.
- To process financial transactions including grants or payments
- To communicate with delivery partners and provide services and information.
- Testimonials, lived experience and interview.
- To review our performance in relation to programme delivery.
- Confirmation of training and the provision of resources.
- To understand how our website is being used and what improvements we can make.
We may also use your information or pass it to external organisations for other purposes allowed under relevant Data Protection and other legislation or where you have consented for it to be used for a particular purpose.
We may also use your information to calculate statistical information to prioritise activities, target and plan the provision of services. We make sure that you cannot be identified when we use this information.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:

We may share this information with The Home Office as the funder of MVRP, and with other service providers. This could include the OPCC, Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire and Rescue, health care services throughout the NHS, along with other organisations such as DWP, Youth Justice, the Probation Service, Local Authorities, Voluntary and Charitable Societies and Housing Associations.
We may also share information for research and evaluation purpose, to ensure we are providing the right services, in the right area, in the right way, and to make improvements where required.
We will always make sure we have a legal basis for processing or sharing your personal information and that we comply with current GDPR and Data Protection legislation. Anyone working with us must follow the same strict rules we do when using your information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
